PHOTON DOPPLER DETERMINATION SYSTEMS CHANGES IN RADIO FREQUENCIES AS A MAIN UNIT OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS SYSTEMS FOR PRODUCTS AND THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The main objective of this article is to study existing and promising methods and means for constructing photonic systems for determining Doppler changes in radio frequencies as the main unit of Doppler radio engineering systems for monitoring and diagnosing products and the natural environment with photonic conversion of measurement information and its optoelectronic detection, as well as determination of ways for their further development based on the use of the advantages of tandem amplitude-phase modulation, scalar and vector structural implementations, and Russian import-substituting element base.
