For the first time, an issue of our magazine consists of articles from a special issue and regular articles. The special issue is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist, the founder of the Kazan scientific school of molecular electronics and fractional operators in radio electronics, the rector of the Kazan Aviation Institute (now KNRTU-KAI named after A.N. Tupolev) from 1967 to 1977, Chairman of the Supreme Council TASSR Nigmatullin Rashid Shakirovich.
