Oleg G. Morozov (D. of Tech. Sc.) is a Full Professor and the Head of the RadioPhotonics and Microwave Technologies Department of the Institute of RadioElectronics, Photonics and Digital Technologies of the Kazan National Research Technical University - KAI (KNRTU-KAI) n.a. A.N. Tupolev, Russia. Since 2001 he is a member of Russian Federal Register of Experts in Science and Technology, since 2017 he is a member of the expert council in Electronics, Photonics, Instrumentation And Communications of the Supreme Attestation Commission of Russia. Over the past five years he has been awarded the title of Senior member of SPIE, OSA and IEEE. His main research interests include microwave photonics; fiber-optic sensors and inerrogation systems; infocommunication systems of optical, microwave and terahertz ranges. Since 1996 he has coordinated and participated in several national and international research projects. He has co-authored over 400 publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, books and conference proceedings in the fields of fiber optic and microwave sensors, microwave photonics, quantum key distribution.
