Abstract

A general description of the educational, pedagogical and scientific activities of the Department of Radioelectronic and Telecommunication Systems from the time of its formation to the present day is given. Some results of scientific research carried out jointly with other structural subdivisions of KNITU-KAI by order of industrial enterprises of the radio-electronic, space and aviation industries are presented.

Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of Radio Electronics, Photonics and Digital Technologies of KNRTU-KAI named after A.N. Tupolev. Corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Research interests: signal processing theory, decision theory, telecommunication technologies.

Геннадий Иванович Щербаков, Kazan National Research Technikal University named after A.N.Tupolev

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored. prof. KSTU-KAI, Director of IRET (2003-2014), Head of the Department of Radio Control (Radioelectronic and Telecommunication Systems) (1987-2016).

Research and development in the field of antenna devices, geoinformation technologies, medical equipment, among which there is a development brought to serial production, 10 Ph.D. theses have been successfully defended.
