Dear readers and authors of the journal!

As we prepare the next issue, we are pleased to announce that it will feature articles by scientists ranked in the top 2% of the world's scientists by Stanford University and the Elsevier (Scopus) database in 2024! These include Professors Rashid Nigmatullin and Oleg Morozov (IREF-CT KNITU-KAI), as well as the Head of the General Physics Department, Professor Almaz Saifutdinov (FMP KNITU-KAI).
Stanford University's "Top 2% of the World's Scientists" list is based on a ranking of 2% or higher, that is, the top 100,000 scientists on the C scale (including and excluding self-citations). This prestigious list identifies the world's leading researchers, representing approximately 2% of all scientists worldwide. It includes standardized citation data, the h-index, and a wide range of bibliometric indicators. Researchers are classified into 22 scientific fields and 174 subfields based on Scopus data provided by Elsevier through the ICSR Lab.
