The year 2025 is drawing to a close. Unlike the past, it has presented us with new prospects.

The Russian Center for Scientific Information (RCSI) has added the journal "Electronics, Photonics, and Cyber-Physical Systems" (ISSN 2782-5507) to the Unified State List of Scientific Publications (USLPS)—the "White List." The entry is available on the RCSI portal, journal card No. 30766.

For the first time, we became information sponsors of the international scientific and practical conference "Modern Approaches and Practical Initiatives in Engineering Sciences," organized by the Russian Engineering Academy and its Tatarstan Regional Branch with the support of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
I believe this year's final issue will allow us to learn about new solutions and technologies from renowned scientific schools, as well as evaluate the research areas of young scientists and their contribution to the Priority 2030 state program to support Russian higher education institutions, launched by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science with government support.
